According to Scorpion Exhausts website, the company receives the specs on new motorcycle models from all of the major manufacturers and begins to spec out how a Scorpion exhaust would look, sound, and perform on those motorcycles.
In addition to just making the new exhaust perform, Scorpion also attempts to better the motorcycle from whatever stock exhaust comes with the motorcycle from the dealer. As an example, Scorpion exhaust system was able to increase the mph by 6 on the Honda CBR900RR!
